Refer to adjoining textYou’re invited to this years Health Expo, Sunday, September 11, 2016 from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM.  It will be at Sacramento Central, 6045 Camellia Avenue, Sacramento, CA 95819.  There will be Free Health Services and Assessments, which include blood glucose, blood pressure, cardiovascular fitness training, body mass index and more.  There will also be Free Health lectures given by on-site physicians:  Dr. Alan Mitchel will be lecturing at 2:00 PM on “Combating the Top Killers”, then Dr. Paul Grillo will be lecturing at 4:00 PM on “Exercise for Life”.

    Dr. Grilo is speaking at 4pm on “Exercise” and Dr. Michel’s lecture, “Top Killers” is at 2:00 pm 😉
