The Day of the Lord (12 of 13)
What is it about the idea of having to face God in judgment that has a tendency to snap people back into line? Accountability for attitudes, words, and actions with a definite consequence to either look forward to or dread, is certainly strong motivation for right living. But is it enough to work a real change in a person's heart? What more ideal motivation should lead a person to live for and love God?
