Pastor Harold was raised as a Catholic in a little town in Iowa. He received a computer programming degree, and had the opportunity to work in a large company near Sioux City, Iowa. While attending a picnic one day, Harold met and fell in love with Dorreen. They were married several months later. Harold and Dorreen were searching for truth. They found a little church in South Sioux City. The pastor gave them Bible studies, and soon they were baptized.

In June 2003, Pastor Harold and Dorreen moved to Sacramento, where Harold accepted the Administrative Pastor position. The previous five years, Harold had pastored a church in Little Rock, Arkansas. The Whites have spent the past 28 years in ministry from: New York, Indianapolis, Kansas, Nebraska, Texas and Arkansas.

Harold and Dorreen have three grown children, two boys, Mark and Lucas, in the Fort Worth, Texas area and a girl, Anne, in Illinois, not far from Chicago.
