Welcome!  If you’re a college student or young adult between the ages of 18 and 30 you’ve come to the right place.  At Sacramento Central Church our goal is to be a family for young adults and help them grow in their relationship with God.

Social scientists tell us that a person can develop meaningful friendships with only about fifteen other people an any one time.  We’ve found this to be true in our young adult ministry and this is why this ministry is not dependent on any one person (the pastor included!).  

So, our goal is to invite every young adult connected with our church to be a part of a young adult small group of no more than fifteen people.  The goal is that each person in the small group cares about and looks out for the spiritual welfare of the others in the group - a goal that we think is exciting and attainable.

In addition to small groups, we have other activities for college students and young adults.  They include:

Weekly student-led group Bible studies on Sacramento area college and university campuses.
Monthly fellowship opportunities such as Friday night vespers and Saturday night game nights.
Regular recreational activities like white water rafting, ski trips, hiking outings, and more.
Frequent outreach opportunities like street ministry and much more.
